• Handmade to Order:
Most items are handmade and dispatched within 7–14 business days.
Handpainted commissions may require 6–12 weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process!

• Confirmation:
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and another with tracking details once your parcel is shipped.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

• UK Delivery:
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked services or equivalent.
Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 working days after dispatch.

• International Delivery:
We ship worldwide using tracked and insured courier services.
Delivery usually takes 11–18 working days depending on your location.

• Tracking:
Every order comes with full tracking for your peace of mind. We’ll email your tracking number when your parcel is on its way.

Shipping Rates

• UK:
£20 flat rate per parcel (includes tracking, insurance, and careful packaging)
Free UK shipping on orders over £25

• International:
£49.99 flat rate per parcel (tracked & insured)
Free international shipping on orders over £200 or equivalent.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer, as regulations vary by country.

All items are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure safe arrival. Orders are insured for their full value.
