Receive a transparent quote for your custom commission and an estimated timeline. Standard: 7–14 business days; handpainted or complex art: 6–12 weeks.

4. Booking & Deposit
Secure your slot with a non-refundable deposit (or full payment for smaller commissions).

5. Progress Updates
Get regular updates with photos of your piece in progress—perfect for feedback and excitement.

6. Final Approval
Review final images for approval before your collectible art is finished. Minor adjustments can be discussed here.
7. Delivery
Your finished commission is carefully packaged and shipped via tracked, insured delivery for peace of mind.

How much do commissions cost?
Prices depend on the complexity, size, and materials of your project. After discussing your idea, we’ll send a no-obligation quote.
What kind of commissions do you accept?
We specialise in adult collectible resin figures, garage kits, and handpainted model kits. If you have a unique idea, feel free to ask—we love creative challenges!
Can I request a specific character or IP?
We can accept commissions based on original concepts or characters you have rights to. We do not offer direct copies of copyrighted/licensed characters unless you have permission.
How long will my commission take?
Standard commissions: 7–14 business days
Handpainted or highly detailed pieces: 6–12 weeks
If you have a specific deadline, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What is the payment process?
To secure your commission, we require a non-refundable deposit (or full payment for smaller projects). The remaining balance is due once your custom resin figure, fantasy pinup, or model kit is complete and approved. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods for your convenience.
What if I want changes after seeing the preview?
We want you to love your commission! After you receive the preview photos, you can request minor adjustments—things like small tweaks to colour, pose, or detailing. Major changes or complete redesigns may require extra time or an additional fee, so please share your vision clearly at the start for best results.
Are commissions returnable or refundable?
Custom and commissioned pieces are made just for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in rare cases where the item arrives damaged or faulty. How will my commission be shipped?
Every finished commission is carefully packaged with plenty of protective padding and shipped via tracked, insured delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your one-of-a-kind resin figure or model kit is on its way, so you can follow its journey from our studio to your door.
Can I keep my commission private?
Of course! If you’d prefer that your custom piece not be shared in our gallery, on social media, or in our portfolio, just let us know when you place your order. Your privacy is always respected.
