Standard Returns

Eligibility:
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at Team@DastardlyandDelightful or use our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.
Please use tracked and insured postage for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:
If your item is not faulty or damaged, you are responsible for return postage costs.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged on arrival..

• Custom commissions or personalised items
• Handpainted or made-to-order pieces
• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it to be faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for custom or made-to-order pieces. For standard items, please request a return and place a new order if you’d like a different item.
